New Website Live! Colt Talent is one of South Africa’s leading character and background extras agencies with offices in both Cape Town and Johannesburg.
They have supplied characters, featured extras, standins, background extras and children to a wide range of local and international tv commercials, feature films and stills productions since 2002.

This is a new WordPress CMS website for a national talent agency.

A complete redesign and overhaul of a rather dated website – Colt Talent now boasts a modern looking and functioning website that is leaps and bounds ahead of their local and International competitors.

The website is informative, telling users who Colt are and what they do. It contains an online application form to join the agency, which is emailed to Colt and the member as well as being stored in the website admin site.

It also has a blog for news and information which automatically feeds into their new Facebook Page.

The agency has a member base of over 3000 who need to informed of new castings, updates to their portfolios and other information which is not for the public domain. As such, I have created a private members-only area of the website. Users can register and upon membership approval, they are given access to private groups on the website. Here they can stay in touch with other members as well as be added to groups for specific jobs so that information such as arrival times and locations can be distributed in one place to the correct people.
